These terms and conditions have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between you and us, protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as a company.
These conditions regulate the offer, acceptance of purchase and shipment of sic97 products between you and us.
Only end users who have registered on the website in agreement with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions may acquire goods sold through it.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
sic97 is a registered trademark and all designs and products, as well as all information contained on the www.sic97.com website, are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual
and industrial property.It is strictly forbidden for users to alter the content or structure of this website.
Estigma Edicions, S.L. reserves the right to take legal action against users that violate or infringe upon intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
In the event that users detect any activity that might violate any intellectual or industrial property right, or any type of right, we ask them to notify us of the same by sending an email to: info@sic97.com.
The information appearing on this website was accurate at the time of its last update. The company reserves the right to modify the content of the website without prior notice and to limit or block

PURCHASING PROCEDURE
A procedure has been set up for shopping on the sic97 website, which is carried out in one of several established languages. Users may access the online store found on the sic97 website, where the sic97
products that may be purchased appear through the aforementioned channel, accompanied by the following information:
* Product description, reference, features, finishes and photos
* Price per unit
Once users have put all the sic97 products they want in their shopping cart, they may see the purchase summary, which they must accept by clicking on the purchase button. It contains the following information:
* Product
* Description
* Quantity
* Price per unit
* Total price of each of the sic97 products selected
* Total price of the purchase
* Shipping costs
Users then provide their data. Registered users must provide the user name and the password assigned to it. Users that did not register prior to making the purchase will have to create an account on the website.
Once users have entered their data, they will see the shipping details, where they can review and modify their shipping and billing data. Then they will confirm their shipment, including their shipping and billing
address and form of payment. Accepting the Conditions of Sale, they will finalise the purchase by clicking on the purchase button.
Once their purchase has been made, users will automatically receive an email confirming the order with the order reference, customer details, billing data, method of shipping/pick-up, form of payment, breakdown
of prices and purchase summary. It is important to verify that all data because if there is an error, the customer will be responsible for any expenses that might arise.
PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The prices on our website are displayed in euros for all countries.
All prices of sic97 products are clearly detailed on the website and will be reflected in the order confirmation. These prices do not include VAT, which is reflected in the breakdown of the purchase summary.
When the order is received, the buyer will receive an invoice for the same. It is important to keep it for any possible future claims.
If you are a VAT taxpayer (companies, agencies, organisations or others) residing in the European Union and provided with an intra-EU tax identification number, you shall be exempt from paying VAT, in which case
you are required to send said documentation by email to: info@sic97.com.
Shipping costs will be added to the purchase summary before payment is made.
sic97 reserves the right to change the prices displayed on the website without prior notice.
sic97 accepts payment via Pay Pal (Visa, Visa Electrón, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) and by bank transfer.
To protect the safety of paying by credit or debit card, secure payment systems are used. The confidential payment information is encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to the financial institution.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, upon finalising the order you will receive email confirmation with the information for making the bank transfer. You have a maximum of three calendar days to make the transfer.
If Estigma Edicions S.L. has not received the deposit after this time has elapsed, the order will be cancelled. The transfer must include the order reference number.

Countries in the rest of Europe and the world may not purchase our products online at this time, but they may buy them through our local dealers or contact us by email at info@sic97.com.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
You agree that the products that sic97 offers through its online store are subject to inventory limits. All orders of sic97 products are subject to availability of the same. If any product is not available once the order has
been made, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will then be able to modify or cancel your order.
sic97 reserves the right to change the products displayed on the website without prior notice at any time.
SHIPPING
sic97 products are shipped via courier companies. We pay them according to their rates, which vary depending on the geographical zone of the destination.
The order you make will be delivered within seven working days from the date we confirm your order.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that you order has been filled and shipped.
Orders will be sent to the shipping address that you indicated in your form, so it is important that you pay attention when filling it out. We shall not be held liable in case the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
In the event that it is impossible to make the delivery (due to variation in the shipping address or absence when the delivery is made), the costs incurred shall be charged to the customer.
You may track the status of your order through the transport company.
For security reasons, sic97 will not send any order to a PO box or a military base, nor will it accept any order that does not identify the recipient or their address.
If Pay Pal is selected as the method of payment, it will not be possible to make any kind of change to the shipping address once the order has been made.
Once the items have been received, you must check that the material delivered does not suffer any damage or defect, always in the presence of the carrier. Any anomaly you detect must be stated in the receipt slip that
the carrier will have you sign, in order to document it. If you have any issue with the product, you have 24 hours to report it to Estigma Edicions, S.L. so it can take the appropriate steps. Once this period has expired,
Estigma Edicions, S.L. shall not be held responsible for it.
PICK-UP FROM ESTIGMA EDICIONS, S.L.
If you choose to pick up your order from Estigma Edicions S.L., you will receive an email from sic97 in advance to schedule the day and time of the pick-up.
It is possible that your order will come packaged in several boxes. If you want, you may contact us by writing to info@sic97.com to verify the weights and dimensions of your order’s packaging.
RETURN POLICY
Products must be returned within 15 calendar days starting from the date the order was received.
Before making a return, we ask that you contact us by email at info@sic97.com and notify us that you will be sending us a return together with the delivery note number and order number.
sic97 products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them, together with their full original packaging and labels and with all the accessories that came with them. Customers shall be responsible
for demonstrating that the items have been returned.
If your return does not comply with the terms stipulated, you will not be entitled to receive any refund for the amount paid and we will assign the sic97 products to freight collect.
If the recipient of the sic97 products is different than the person that made the payment, the refund will be paid to the person that made the payment.
sic97 products that are returned must be sent together in a single shipment. We reserve the right to reject returned sic97 products that belong to a single order, yet are sent to us at different times. Once we check that the
sic97 products returned to us meet all the requirements of our Return Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted. Regardless of the method of payment you used, the refund for the
amount will be paid as soon as possible, but always within a timeframe of 15 days following the date the returned product is received.
We shall not be held responsible for the loss, late or misdirected shipments of any product that you return to us, which is why we recommend that you send it via certified mail or with proof of receipt.
You shall be responsible for the costs of returning the product and we will not accept product returns sent with freight collect under any circumstances.
We will not reimburse for shipping costs under any circumstances.
sic97 does not manage changes or returns for purchases made through dealers.
To make a return, you must send us the sic97 products together with the return form to the following address: Estigma Edicions S.L., Sant Agustí, no. 5, 1-B, 08012 Barcelona – Spain.
If you want to make a return and paid by bank transfer, you must add a bank account number where the refund can be sent to the return form.
LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
sic97 shall only be held fully responsible for the quality of the products in purchases made through its website.
We shall not be held liable due to misuse or negligence in assembly.
WARRANTY, MATERIALS AND FINISHES
sic97 guarantees its products for two years, provided it is a manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacturing defect, sic97 must proceed, as appropriate, to repair or replace the product at no charge to the buyer.
The main material used is steel with different finishes. These may vary slightly between different manufactured batches.
The finishes of products viewed on the website may vary in appearance according to your screen settings.
PRIVACY POLICY
All information requested on our website shall be used exclusively for the process or purchasing and shipping the acquired products, or for sending information that may be of interest to you if you give your consent.
All requests for data are made with the express authorisation of the user to guarantee strict compliance with legislation on data protection (Law 15/1999 on 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data).
sic97 guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided and pledges to fulfil its obligation to keep personal data secret and its duty to take all measures necessary to prevent their alteration, loss, processing

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona for any issues that may arise from interpreting, applying or complying
with the same. By virtue of their acceptance of the general terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, buyers expressly waive their own legal authority.
